Can I return a preorder?
All preorder items are made to order specifically for each customer. As each piece is individually crafted after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Can I exchange size?
No. All preorder items are made to order specifically for each customer and are not eligible for size exchanges. If you're unsure about your size, our team can help you choose the right one before placing your order.
How long will it take?
Each pre-order takes 20–25 business days to produce. Once production is complete and your order has been dispatched, delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days within Türkiye and 4–7 business days internationally. These delivery estimates are in addition to production time.

Can international customers order?
