Farnaz Salmani has spent 17+ years designing couture and bridal gowns, cocktail and evening pieces, and custom bridal work she still creates today.

Over the years, she has dressed many of the most recognized celebrities and public figures in Turkey and Iran, served as a jury member on leading Persian and Turkish fashion competitions, and had her work featured in international publications including Harper’s Bazaar and Marie Claire, among others. But couture has a limit: a dress worn once, for one night, then put away. After years of that, Farnaz wanted her designs lived in more worn often, not just once.

That’s what became OFF SHOULDER: the same eye for silhouette and quality, made wearable and attainable for everyday life. Even the name comes from couture offshoulder necklines were her clients’ most requested detail for years. So when the new line needed a name, it already had one.
